Here's how this video is a metaphor for Nates journey in music and his confidence: Nate starts in the clouds. When reality hits, he is in the safest place possible, his own home. As he starts with little confidence his environments begin to get increasingly dangerous. He gets comfortable and grabs food. The field is the next step after home, some dangers there, ie, weather, terrain. As he gets comfortable, he stumbles in a grocery store...a bit more dangerous cuz ppl are there..ie judgy shoppers, pissed off manager.. Just as Nate gets comfortable enough to mock him , BAM! he smacks into a QB during a live 🏈 game. As soon as hes comfortable enough to punch the ref... His fists goes through a wall of a private residence! While he means no harm and puts his hands up, the family is freaked out and trays attacking him. Can be dangerous if the family is scared enough and weapons are around ie..chairs. Nate exits and is aloof enough to trip over a tricycle then WHAM! ..he lands on a active pool game in a biker bar. You know those dudes had knives and guns and other weapons. His confidence begins to build enough to take a fry from one of their plates ( ballsy) Then he walk out of a burning house and is cavalier enough to dance around the fire fighters and take a cup from their truck. Major legal trouble could come from that. Then he shifts gears and goes back into the clouds to reminisce and consider his next move.. Then he smacks down in the middle of flowing traffic! By far his most dangerous move. This signifies his confidence in disrupting a well regulated industry Obviously this merely scratches the surface of symbolism and his journey of gaining confidence and moving forward, but hope it helped someone . All to say, this video is an instant classic and a masterpiece. Bravo!🙌🙌👏👏
